All the funds deposited on an NDot.com's account, which stands for user account within the service, are strictly under the protection of Swiss banking law and applicable agreements.

NDot.com takes no responsibility in case of legal rights violations committed by the user, however all cases of outside rules violation by the user will be investigated and consequences will be drawn.

The connection between advertiser and user of service is strictly their own - Ndot.com does not interfere

NDot.com service will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or misunderstanding of any sort as an outcome of the cooperation or as the result of the presence of the user on the NDot.com service.

Warranties and liability

There will be no refunds or bonuses due to system crash or inactivity

NDot.com highest priority is to provide the most reliable and trustworthy services to all of the users, however if any case of accidental, partial or absolute malfunction, inactivity or system crash NDot.com will not be held liable for any data, profit, etc. loses. In such cases there will be no recompense in any form neither financial nor service based.

Financial matters

It is required from an user to maintain a deposit level on the account in order to use the services offered by the NDot.com services. All the services available to user are working in a pre paid system, there are no post paid services available. To ease that task appropriate notification will be send to the user when required.

Refunds and pay back policy

Upon justified request or in case of closing the account all the funds gathered on the account will be transferred on denoted account by the way of your choosing.

Violations

Actions possible to be taken after violation

If an occurrence of violation to the above terms or any inhered law will take place the NDot.com system claims the right to cease or close such account without notice or further claim possibilities to the service.
